Features of the MCS 48000 Mobile Column System
Adjustable Forks
Nussbaum mobile columns are all equipped with adjustable forks. No more adapters to keep track of, just adjust the forks to fit firmly around a 13” tire up to a 24.5" tire.
Removable Pivot
Convenient removable 3rd wheel allows for easy mobility of columns.
When it's Stopped, it's Locked
The Nussbaum exclusive SST hydraulic cylinder is the heart of all Nussbaum mobile columns. When the motor stops the lock nut seats preventing the cylinder from moving at any height. The encoder ring enables the system to measure cylinder stroke to within 1/10 of 1 millimeter. Both combine for the safest lifting system available today.

Operation of the complete system is performed from the master column. Every column is connected with the master column and can be individually controlled.
